Emily joined the ATOM team in 2025 after spending 11 years working in the charity sector across a variety of roles in the UK and Ireland.
She is passionate about engaging with teams and using creative problem-solving skills and an analytical ability to manage projects as well as championing diversity, inclusion and wellbeing across an organisation. Emily is based in Oxfordshire and outside of work she enjoys exploring new places, snowboarding and watching Formula 1.
