Delphi Ross

Delphi joined ATOM in 2026 bringing a people-focused approach developed through a diverse background in the charity sector. Prior to moving into clinical research, she worked in volunteer coordination and communications, where she developed a passion for community engagement and collaboration.

Drawing on her experience building relationships across a range of stakeholders, Delphi enjoys helping teams work effectively together to deliver impactful research.

Outside of work, Delphi is a photographer and founder of an all-female and non-binary camera collective based in Bristol, UK, which aims to foster creativity, connection, and representation within the photography community. She is also an enthusiastic outdoor adventurer who enjoys running, hiking, camping, and exploring nature with her dog.
